Health First's Cal-Mag Supreme contains Aquamin™ a plant-sourced calcium with magnesium, potassium, boron & vitamin D3 and helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Directions
Adults (19 years and older): Take 2 tablespoons daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Keep refrigerated after opening. Shake well before use.
Cautions
Some people may experience diarrhea with magnesium doses above 350 mg per day. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if under cap safety seal is broken.
